There are three main app screens:

Exercise list screen: (main app screen)

Where you can create a list of exercises. You can switch between two views (track/list).

Trackview is where you will be tracking all your exercise performance. The UI is in a vertical sliding carousel, which helps you better focus on the main exercise you want to track. There are three main tracking metrics you can track: REPS, WEIGHT, and TIME (stopwatch or timer). After tracking, the metrics data can be saved to separate sets.

Listview is where you can see all the exercises you have added to your list. Re-order them however you like or delete any excess exercise.

Workout plan screen: (second screen)

With the current exercise list youve created, it can be saved in the Replog as a Workout that you can use to access your saved exercise list way faster and more conveniently. You can also then be able to drag and drop your workouts into a weekly calendar and create your own weekly workout plan.

Log screen: (third screen)

As the name suggests, the screens functionality is very straight forward. It is where the app stores all the exercise-tracked data. You can save data of your current date and view your workout data from the previous day with all the list of exercises, the number of sets, and all the data inside those sets. Additionally, you can add progress photos for that day, update your weights, and the app will automatically calculate your BMI, recommended daily calorie intake, etc.

Exercise group management screen:

This additional screen lets you manage your exercise group. You can create your own custom groups of exercises and edit the exercise that is within that group.

App Customization

This is most of what youll be interacting with throughout the app. Though this app still lacks in many functionality (more customizable exercise editing like renaming, data analysis, etc.), I will try my best to improve this app bit by bit and make the user experience the best of any workout app. To accomplish that, Ill need to build this app along with my user base. So give me your honest opinion on how this app can be even better, and Ill use your ideas to create an even more personalized and effective workout experience for everyone using this app with the best of my abilities.
